How to create my account ?

The creation of your account is the first step to place an order on the pharmedistore.com website. To create an account, simply click on "My Account", then enter a valid email address and choose a password. Then you will be asked to provide your contact information. This account is completely personal and secure. It will also allow you to place your next orders very quickly and track their shipment. Be careful when you fill in your email: the address must be valid for us to contact you. The choice of password is arbitrary but we advise you to use your usual password first in order to have a better chance of remembering it. To change your personal data, password or email address, simply access "My Account" on pharmedistore.com.

MY ORDERS

How to place an order ?

Log in with your login and password. Search for a product via the menu or search bar. Have you found the right product for your pharmacy? Enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to cart". You are directed to your shopping cart, where you will find all the products you have selected. Cclick on "Continue shopping" to return to the catalogue. You can change the quantities if you wish. Once you have done this, click on "Order". Then let us guide you: check or modify your billing and delivery address, choose a delivery method, choose your payment method. Your order is finalized when you click on the "Finalize your order" button. You are then redirected to a payment page, then confirmation page where you will find your order numbers. A summary e-mail is also sent to you.

How to access my order history ?

Log in to your pharmacist account with your username and password. You are then automatically redirected to your dashboard. You will find the list of your past or current orders in the "MY ORDERS" tab.

Can I repeat an order placed without having to follow the classic process again?

Exactly! To refill an order, log into your pharmacist account. In the "MY ORDERS" tab, you can view the details of each order or renew it, via the "VIEW" and "RENEW" buttons located to the right of each order line.

Delivery

When will I receive my order and what is the delivery method?

The processing of orders is done by the sellers, as soon as they have accepted the order. An email will inform you of the shipment of your order.

The delivery area includes only Metropolitan France, Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories. Foreign countries are excluded from the delivery area.

How to benefit from free shipping ?

For some shops, free shipping is triggered from a certain amount of orders, set by the seller.

Can I change my delivery address?

Delivery is made by default to the pharmacy's billing address. For all address modifications or additions, go to "My account", "Address book" and "Add a new address". We are then notified of this addition, for verification by our teams. Once validated, the address appears in your address book.

Fees and delivery times sometimes vary from one product to another. What is the rule?

On Pharmedistore, sellers define their own delivery policy. Rest assured, we select with great rigour the companies with which we work. We continuously monitor the quality of their services and read carefully the feedback you give us every day. This flexibility allows us to source for you products from all over the world, produced by major manufacturers but also by start-ups that are revolutionising the market.

I want to return a product. How to do ?

You can make a product return request directly from your pharmacist area. Log in to your space with your username and password. On your dashboard, click on the "PRODUCT RETURN" tab. Then click on "REQUEST A NEW PRODUCT RETURN". You will then have access to a form allowing you to explain the reasons for this return and even to add photos.

What is the "restocking list"? ?

Your restocking list allows you to set aside products you order regularly, allowing you to avoid searching through the catalogue. Add a product to your restocking list by clicking on the list icon on each product sheet (to the left of "Add to Cart").

At your next connection, you will be able to consult your restocking list in order to find the products set aside by clicking on the list icon located in the menu. You will be able from this list to add directly the products set aside in your basket to place an order.
